1. Who we are

2. Prices

All prices are shown in the selected currency. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

3. Orders

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. This is not a binding acceptance; a purchase agreement is formed only when we ship your order.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors, suspected fraud, or if we cannot deliver.

4. Shipping & delivery

Velora curates each piece with care. To keep our edits small and avoid overproduction, orders are shipped directly from our trusted production partner.

• Delivery time: 8 to 12 business days to Europe, America and Asia.
• Tracking: provided by email once shipped.
• Shipping cost: we offer complimentary worldwide shipping.
• Risk for the goods passes to you when the carrier delivers to your address.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel for any reason, under the Norwegian Angrerettloven.

Velora extends this to 30 days from the day you receive your order.

To use it: email support@norvae.co within 30 days, return the item unworn, unwashed, with tags. You pay the return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

6. Complaints & warranty

Under the law, you have a 2-year right to complain about defects.

Contact us with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace, or refund, your choice. We cover return shipping for approved claims.

7. Returns process

• Email support@norvae.co with your order number and reason.
• We send return instructions.
• Ship back within 14 days of approval.
• Items must be in original condition. Sale items are final unless defective.

8. Payments

Payments are securely processed by Stripe and PayPal. Velora never stores your full card details.

9. Intellectual property

All content on norvae.co, including images, copy and design, belongs to Velora. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

10. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by carriers, or slight colour variations due to screens. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as Velora grows. The version at the time of your order applies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be brought before the Norwegian courts, or you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
